“Fantastic Cod”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

My mum and I ate here twice during our week in Port De Pollenca. The first time we had Bacalao a la Mallorquina and Bacalao Frito. Both fantastic. The second time we had chicken and prawn paella and it was not good at all. Very dry and with lots of chicken bones in it. The staff was very friendly

“Great Paella”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013 via mobile

Definitely recommend the paella - very good and good choice of flavours. Certainly way better than the factory produced paella's with photos on the menu elsewhere on the pine walk. The rest of the food was good but not amazing. If you go choose the paella and you'll be happy.

“dont go!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

We had an awful meal in this restaurant. Food was badly cooked and not pleasant. The best part was the bread and butter at the start which they brought as though complimentary but then charged for. The service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't that busy.

“Food ok but waiters very surly”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013 via mobile

First time we are here we were attracted by set menu on display. However we were not offered this so ordered from dinner menu. Chicken and chorizo paella was good if a little dry. What we didn't realise was that some of our meal had been left in the paella dish covered with a plate. When we had finished we were offered the rest of our food. We declined on basis it would now be cold. If the lot had been served we would at least have picked out the chicken even if there was too much to finish.
Waiters were very surly and brusque and we waited ages for the bill then to pay.
For our sins, we did try it a second time making sure we asked for the menu del dia. Food was quite good but again few smiles from the waiters and a long wait to pay.
Younger waiter was very pleasant. Older waiters need some customer service training.

“Another good restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

Located on the western side of the town in a busy area, but the sea is on one side so is a popular area for 'the promenade'. A large al fresco dining area with clean tables and chairs, and obliging and attentive staff. The standard of food was excellent, with a good range of starters, mains and desserts-something for everyone. Like many establishments in the town they are open for lunch and diner, expect to pay e55/e65 for two starters, two mains and a drink each which is about the average price along the strip for a better quality meal.
