“Excellent Restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013

I went with my wife last weekend and we believe that it was one of the best restaurants we have visited so far. The menu is very nice and tasty and the Chef gives a very nice idea concerning greek cuisine and greek flavors. The staff is very professional and very helpful and they speak English. The environment is superb both inside and outside the restaurant. We tried the 24 flavors menu which is highly recommended and very very filling. The whole impression was excellent and it is highly recommended for couples, families, friends and business sorts of visit.

It is located in Politeia and the view of Athens is spectacular from the restaurant. There are also parking facilities.

Considering the cost someone has to estimate around 55 euros per person including a bottle of wine.

“Beautiful restaurant in Athenian suberb - Excellent Food & Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

We had a family gathering in Elaias Gi last week and we really enjoyed the food and service. We were a company of 12 people and we went for the buffet choice. The food was excellent. The buffet contained a choice of salads, meat dishes, dips and different breaks as well as traditional sweets. The wine list was also good.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant is very well decorated. It is located in a nice spot in Kefalari offering beautiful views of Athens. During the summer it is even better as you can sit outside in the balcony. The place also offers free valet parking.

“Elegance outside town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012

I was recently one of a group of ninety women who enjoyed our Christmas Luncheon at Elaias Gi. Its superb setting and homey atmosphere contributed greatly to the success of the event, the prepared menu was exactly right, and the food was best I've had in years. The staff were invisible and yet it seemed almost as if we all had our own waiter, the food was brought to us swiftly and somehow all at once. And I agree with John R's daughter, the bathroom is exceptional! It's amazing to find such an elegant and sophisticated restaurant outside Athens center, one that is sure to be the center of festivities in the Northern Suburbs. And on top of it all, the price was extremely reasonable. What more could anyone want?

“Greek fine food at its best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2012

We went there on Saturday 24th of November in the evening. Walking through the maze in the basement was a surprising experience and a shot of mastiha was very welcome! A quiet atmosphere, well decorated hall with an amazing view of Athens! Had the tasting menu with 14 dishes, very flavoursome, good enough portions and the aubergine puree made in front of us was succulent! Excellent value for money! The service was very professional and one of the best Greek food we've ever had. This is a gem worth visiting and I recommend this place very highly. Will definitely go back there during my next trip to Greece.
