“Good location & good value for money”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Location is very good for Paris, 5 min walk from transilien station (14 mins journey to centre of Paris). Booked 2 rooms - travelled with 3 children. Rooms on 3 rd floor were fine & had new bathroom fitted very recently, slight smell in the rooms and the cleaners seemed to spray the hallways with air freshener in the mornings (a bit odd!). Reception staff very helpful & friendly.
Area seemed safe enough (did not go out late at night though)
Secure and free parking at the hotel. Booked directly with the hotel and got a very good deal of €55 per room per night.

This hotel is not in the center of Paris but it's fairly easy to get around since the train station is about 5min walk away. There is a bakery, supermarket and a couple food joints nearby too.
It's a quiet small town feel. Felt really safe, even late at night.
Room was clean, staff was friendly. All the TV channels were in French (duh) so I watched movies on my laptop when I was inside.
My only complaint is the maid. I put a Do Not Disturb sign on my door when I left one day cause I ran out in a hurry and left stuff everywhere after digging in my suitcase and didn't want them in there. In the U.S. this works fine. When I came back, the sign was off my door, the trash was out and there were clean towels. I felt really violated. And for that reason alone I would not want to come back. But I'm being a drama queen here. I would still recommend it. It was nice.
Someone just needs to tell the maid that Ne pas deranger = NE PAS ENTRER meme s'il n'y a personne!!
OH yes... no noise from outside but I could everything in the hallways. Still quiet enough though.

We booked in late afternoon into 2 rooms. Both rooms on the 2nd floor were extremely dirty and smelly, with the views from our window looking onto the main highway and the other room overlooking the walkway across the highway, that had "gang" style graffiti. Overall, we did not feel safe in that location at all.

After unpacking, we attempted to connect to the internet, and the hotel internet connection did not work. I advised reception, and after 30 minutes it was still not fixed, so we were offered rooms on the 4th floor, where the internet connection was working.

We moved up to the 4th floor, and although it was clearly marked as non smoking rooms, both rooms reeked of smoke, and were also in a dirty condition, with a stain of "sick" in the bathroom!
The internet connection worked, but was so dreadfully slow, and disconnected every minute, that it was unusable.
When my daughter started feeling sick from the smell of the rooms, we decided to up and leave (we were only in the hotel for around 2 hours).

I would not recommend this hotel for business or family.

I have attached 2 photos of our room on the 2nd and 4th floor.

The hotel has a big parking space in front. It can be easily found when you're driving. It is beside a motorway.
The service is pretty good - they let us check in early, they clean the room every day and make sure there's daily change of towels and refills of soaps, tissues, coffee and tea (instant), etc. There's an a/c but not that strong especially in the really warm weather during summer. Although, they never fixed our a/c in the 4 days that we stayed there after we complained that its dripping.
There's a nearby (5 minute walk) grocery store, pharmacy and restos. There's also a playground just 3 minute walk from the hotel.
There is a train stop going to paris just further down the area of the grocery and pharmacy.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We even stayed in our hotel for one whole day beause the heat became too unbearable to go out.

i chose this hotel since it is close to the Le-Bourget airport.
driving to Le-Bourget is relatively quick. in addition, a Metro station is within 5 minutes walking, so visiting centre Paris is also possible.

rooms are small, but clean.
matrices are too soft.
breakfast is basic, but costs only 9 Euro.
bathroom is also small, but has a place for placing own staff.
free wi-fi in rooms became very useful.
the location of the hotel very close to a highway junction makes it easy to find and navigate to.
despite being near the highway, rooms are quiet enough.

Good for business travelers if visiting the nearby Kleber business park - a 5 minute walk. The hotel is basic, but clean. Rooms are functional. TV only offers French channels, except for Spanish TVE. Rooms are small. The bed is comfy (1,50m). The desk is tiny. The wifi sucks. Coverage is ok, but there is a ridiculously small bandwidth limit per user - no Skype, YouTube, GoogleTalk, etc. Restaurant is ok. Food is acceptable. Staff are very friendly however :)

3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

We visited Paris for four days/three nights at the beginning of December 2012. We found this reasonably priced hotel and the three of us stayed in a room with three single beds. The room was fairly modern and clean, yet a little small. The bathroom was OK, although the door frame had already rusted away at the bottom. There was only a small bin in the bathroom, so it wasn't easy to leave rubbish in an appropriate place.

Our room was separated from the adjacent room by a light door, so we could hear which movies our Russian neighbours were watching.

Although the hotel is located right next to a very busy main arterial road, we slept well with the window shut. A "black-out" curtain kept the light out.

The staff were very friendly, but they could anything about the slow internet. They put us off until the following week, which left us over the weekend with internet so slow, it was impossible to send an e-mail with a 100 KB attachment.

We had chosen the hotel due to its price and the location. It is located in département 92 in the town of Colombes, only a short walk away from the station "Le Stade", from where a suburban train "Transilien" line "J" takes you to Saint-Lazare station in about 15 minutes. There is a train at least every 15 minutes and the services runs until 1 AM at night. We had no problem getting into town and back at night.

I would stay in this hotel again, I can only hope that they will fix their internet connection soon.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with is a little further away from the busy road next to the hotel.
