“relaxing stay at resort”

We spent 6 days in the pumzikabeach after a safari in Kenya. It was really nice to relax at the beach or in the pool of the resort. in this quiet, charming place we had superb moments, with excellent food, good service and lovely ambiente. If you want to relax and get away from the everyday life this is the place to go to. They even managed to get us a private guide (and chauffeur) for a expedition to Ston Town ;)

“Peaceful and authentic resort far from the madding crowd”

Pumzika is nestled in a quiet and tourist-free area of Zanzibar. The South East is still free from large and noisy resorts so we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Although just 1 hour drive from Stone Town, very close to Kizimkazi and the dolphins, Pumzika has everything on hand.

Our bungalow was quite charming and the large pool more than welcome, Danielle and Andre are perfect hosts and explain you readily their work with the community. The meals just added the final touch we needed to make our stay one of the best.

We enjoyed the private beach and snorkeling in the ocean, long swims in the pool, and quiet night only disturbed by bushbabies.

We would strongly recommend that peaceful and unknown gem in that little corner of Zanzibar.

Room Tip: All rooms face the ocean so not one better that the other
