“Great choice in Alacati”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2012

You can't go wrong with this place : super nice rooms, clean and comfy, relaxing garden, delicious breakfast and friendly owners. Good location, right next to the farmer's market (on Sundays). Affordable price. All in all a great choice !

This was my third year in a row staying here which obviously says something about the place. It's a charming hotel with fantastic rooms and a great swimming pool – always great after a hot day – set in a lovely garden. It's also in a great location within walking distance of the center. But it's not the building that sets this place apart, it's the service. Sureyya and Nuray(the owners) and staff are excellent. I can't praise them enough. They offer great advice on places and beaches to go whilst serving up a fantastic traditional breakfast. Alacati is a wonderful town, with great restaurants, shops and bars. So a big thank you to everyone at the Kalamata for making another visit so special.

We have been twice this summer at this hotel, the location is quite, very close to center of Alacati, no need to look for taxi or drive which is really important for Alacati. The rooms are perfect, clean, very nice bed, very nice shower and a/c. The pool is nice and garden is relaxing... I guess we have found the correct place to stay whenever we will be at Alacati ...

Room Tip: We stayed at garden rooms, opening to garden, liked a lot.

A very nice hotel, very close of the center of the village. It must be recommanded. The service is excellent, the owners are charming and helpful. It is really an excellent address to stay, in couple or in family.

Alaçati is a little spot of paradise on earth and Kalamata is one of the best boutique hotels you can stay. I have been in Alaçati twice, would love to go back if I will I defenetly go back to Kalamata. Nuray and Sureyya (the couple who run the place) are very nice people as all their staff and we immediately felt like beeing at home. The garden with the swimming pool is so peaceful and relaxing that we spent at least a couple of hours there every day, slowly having breakfast and drinking a glass of white wine at sunset after the beach having a chat with other guests. If you go there don't miss Kalamata Restaurant, same owners, same atmosphere, same good quality service and food. Well done Nuray and Sureyya!!

in July 2011, we stayed 3 days in Alacati Kalamata. The hotel has a very nice pool and garden where you can spend your all the day :). Since it is very close to famous Kemalpasa Street, you dont need to take your car to go to village. Kalamata also has a great restaurant in the village where you can have fresh agean fish and mezes...
