“A fantastic bargain”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

Echo all the great things other reviews have said. Couldn't find fault anywhere and would happily go back

For the price paid you couldn't ask for more.

Martin the owner has thought of everything and clearly enjoys his job which comes across

Room Tip: Hereford room a good size with nice views at the back

What a gem of a find! An exceptional B&B. Everything to the highest standard. Nothing was to much trouble for the owner, Martyn. It is the little extra touches that make this B&B stand out from the rest - robes and slippers in the bedroom, a great selection of homemade marmalades, fresh milk in the rooms instead of cartons. The Coach Housealso has its own sitting room. Highly recommended.

I'm thrilled you enjoyed the little extras we provide. I've spent 18 years travelling and have picked up many ideas along the way. These special touches often get mentioned and I'm pleased I seem to be doing the right thing. Thank you very much for your kind comments and I look forward to welcoming you back to the Coach House again.

Stayed one night at The Coach House B&B but wish I had been able to stay longer! The Coach House was possibly the best B&B I have ever stayed at and its owner Martyn was the most helpful and accommodating host. The rooms are elegantly decorated with all the mods & cons available (including a vast range of toiletries, tea/coffee etc.). Martyn even offered tea/cake on arrival and came to our room to give us fresh milk (rather than UHT cartons) and filtered water. I would highly recommend staying at The Coach House if you want to visit Hoveton/Wroxham and wider The Broads area.

Room Tip: We had the Hereford room and it was amazing.

I found The Coach House one of the best B&Bs I have ever encountered. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped with roomy en-suite bathrooms. The breakfasts are delicious and it is worth a visit just to try the home-made marmalades. The owner, Martyn, gives the traveller a very friendly welcome and is an informative guide to this wonderful area of Norfolk. Wroxham is a great area to stay as there is so much to do within a short drive. The Coach House is only a short walk from the river that runs through the centre of Wroxham where you can hire boats to explore the Norfolk Broads or just while away some time watching the boats go by. If you are looking for a friendly, very clean and comfortable place to stay you should look no further than this excellent B&B.

We spent 2 nights at the Coach House and it was a lovely comfortable place to stay. The owner, Martyn, made us feel very welcome and his eye for detail makes this place really stand out. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The double bed was enormous and very comfortable and the room had everything you could wish for provided.
Martyn cooked a full English breakfast each morning along with fruit cereal yogurt etc. We can't recommend this B and B enough and its only a short walk to Wroxham bridge where there are places to eat and boats to watch.

Thank you both for your kind comments, I take it all very seriously and want each and every guest to have the same experience, I genuinely enjoy it, and having such great guests makes it easy for me! And especially if they have such fab cars like the MG TD you were in for Bob's birthday - I'd love a carpark full of these every day!!

We only stayed at the coach house for one night but wish we could have stayed for more. We were greeted on arrival with home made cake and tea, most welcome after a long journey. We stayed in the Hereford room and were very comfortable indeed, the rooms are huge the bed even bigger and the décor is just right, a pleasant complimentary tray well stocked up and fresh milk ( no jiggers ! ) The bathroom is great, well stocked and extremely clean as is all of the b & b. Breakfast was exceptional with a vast choice of 4 homemade marmalades (made by the owner himself ) Martin ( the owner ) was very welcoming and informative, a lovely down to earth guy. Thank you for such a pleasant stay........we will return !

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent

Myself and my husband have stayed in several B&Bs around the country over the past few years and I have to say this is the best. Our comfort was top priority, cleanliness was ace and there was nothing that hadn't been thought of including tea and cake on arrival in the guest lounge. We stayed in the Salisbury suite where the bed was vast! The decor was charming, hinting of the countryside around us yet in a crisp contempory way. We sampled all four of the home-made marmalades on offer at breakfast which were delicious and I the smoked salmon scrambled eggs my husband's cooked breakfast was divine with local produce. The gentle sound of Radio 3 accompanied breakfast along with Martyn's excellent attention and local advice. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Room Tip: All three rooms are lovely I'm sure.
