5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013

Lovely rooms (bright, large and comfortable and everything from shampoo &shower cap to sewing kit and mouthwash was available in the en suite), fabulous bed (huge with big, soft duvet), great breakfast (we're vegetarians and there was everything we could want), exceptionally clean (all the linen was beautiful and had a lovely smell), very kind and amiable owner(as soon as we arrived we were offered tea and home made cake). We will go back soon I hope and have no hesitation in recommending it.

A lovely, clean and welcoming B&B. Easy to find by car, and a 5 mins walk from Wroxham/Hoveton centre. Martyn is an absolute gem, from the first minute we arrived until the next morning when we left. Friendly and informative of the local area. We really admire what he has done in starting up this business. Breakfast is fantastic, and we loved the little easter egg bundle he provided us with. Its those personal touches that make this B&B shine. Unfortunately, we did not hire a boat on the broads as we had intended due to the cold weather, but we will be back in the summer and will 100% be staying here.

The Coach House has had a total make over. The decor is lovely, toiletries are a treat, the room very comfortable, the breakfast delicious - locally sourced. There are several personal touches in the rooms including fresh milk in a flask and flowers. We received a warm welcome from Martyn. Would thoroughly recommend this B and B and the homemade marmalade!

Room Tip: We have stayed in all the rooms in the past: they are all excellent.

Without doubt the best B&B in the Wroxham area, ultra clean, quiet, good location, cracking breakfast, what more could you want.
Would return thats for sure. Only stayed for one night in room 2, plenty of room and with a good sized bathroom, freshly cooked breakfast and Michael gave us all the local news and places to visit and a good coice of place to eat. You will not be disapointed.

We stayed in the Coach House on a spur of the moment decision to give us an additional day to our holiday, we have been to Wroxham for the last 5 years and wish we had found this before because we certainly have missed this. It is a beautiful house and the coach house where you are accomdated is really quiet considering you are on the main road into the village.

We booked two rooms (twin & double) and they were both first class, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and the en-suite faciliites were excellent. Each room has its own Tea & coffee making facilites and the additonal touches make this a real home form home. Mike made us feel very welcome from the minute we stepped in. The breakfast was first class (the sausages and bacon were the best we have tasted) and everything you could think of was available. Mike even shared his supplier with us and I stocked up before I went home.

It is a shame that Mike is hoping to retire because this place is the best we have stayed in, I wonder if it will be the same next year ?

We have just spent one night at the Coach House in Wroxham and what a lovely little Guest House. Our room was very clean neat and tidy and much attention had been paid to detail in providing lots of little items that one would not normally expect. The breakfast was excellent and as much as we could eat.We would certainly recommend this excellent little B&B and hope to visit again ourselves soon Josie P

Just enjoyed a very relaxing 3 night stay at the Coach House in Wroxham. Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Good off street parking and only walking distance to the town and river. Really excellent breakfast cooked and served with Michael's personal attention. Michael makes you feel very welcome and we would recommend the Coach House to anyone planning to visit the area.
