having never been to Glenelg before we decided to explore while staying in nearby Plockton. It was so worth the visit. the journey there over the hills is very scenic, and Glenelg itself is a lovely hidden part of this area. i was delighted we had decided to go and find the brochs - they really are in a great condition for being so old - even although man did raid them to make other buildings. My 7yo loved exploring the brochs and the layers in the stones used were lovely. Well worth a visit.
