“great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

We were staying for a few days in this great hotel. Value for money is good. Comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and offers any help when needed. Breakfast is a bit different from the breakfasts in countiries like Germany or France (more kinds of bread, no bacon/sausage). But there is enough to fill you up and make you ready to start the day!! You can reach Trafford Centre by foot. Old Trafford and the centre of the city are a few minutes away.

Had a lovely stay here, very handy for both the Trafford Centre and the Chill Factor. Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful and the rooms were the usual high standard and cleanliness expected from Premier. The breakfast was great as usual and even though it was busy there was plenty of everything. Will definitely stay here again

Dear Jane M,

Thank You very Much for your excellent review regarding your stay with us in December through to January!

It's fantastic to hear such positive feedback that our staff can look through and congratulate themselves for their hard work and commitment every day.

I do hope you enjoyed your time at the Trafford Centre and the Chill Factore, and it's also great to know that you enjoyed your breakfast. Throughout the weekend, Breakfast tends to get really busy around 9 o'clock until half past 10, so a tip for next time is to come before or after these times to avoid waiting for a table!

Im thrilled to see that your experience this time would make you want to stay with us again, and so I look forward to hearing from you again!

Kind Regards,
Hayley McHugh

We had a great stay here, lovely staff, breakfast fresh and plenty of it. Easy to get to the Trafford Centre and if you want to visit Manchester City centre, Lowry , Manchester United ground or MOSI take the x50 from Trafford centre bus station costs about 3.50 return.

Be careful when trying to get breakfast here. At a busy(ish) time there was a distinct lack of organisation, glasses, plates, bacon, sausages, toaster that toasted, croissants.
I'm sure if we'd had time to wait, we may have been able to get our money's worth.
Maybe it's always like that when its busy and better organise at other times.
Rest of the hotel was actually very good.

Dear JudgeJulian,

I would first of all like to say Thank You for taking the time to tell us about your stay with us during your time at Premier Inn Trafford Centre West.

I'm sorry to hear that you were let down by the busy breakfast that you encountered during your stay.
We do try and let all of our guests know that the busiest time for breakfast on a weekend is normall between 9 and half 10, however, we can not guarantee what time everyone chooses to come down, and sometimes, it can cause quite a delay, or a wait for tables.

I would like to personally appologize for this distruption during your stay, and would like to address that this is not a true reflection of our usual high standards throughout the hotel.

I do hope that you choose to stay with us again in the near future, and give us a chance to proove that we can deliver the high standards you expect from us.

Kind Regards,
Hayley McHugh

I stayed here for one night for business and was really pleased. It's a relatively newly-built hotel and is huge!

The staff were really helpful and organised taxis for me but there was plenty of free parking in front of the hotel if needed.

The room was spacious and clean, just as I'd expect from a Premier Inn. I believe that all of the bathrooms are built for disabled access which meant that they were a lot larger than the usual bathrooms.

The breakfast was good, with a great range of hot and cold choices and there were some vending machines around the corner from the reception desk which was handy to grab a drink from when the bar had closed.

I'd highly recommend staying here, particularly if you're planning a trip to the Trafford Centre as it's just across the road!

Having travelled from Paris we were very glad to have eventually arrived at the Premier Inn West Trafford Centre. we were late arriving - well after 12 midnight - but there was no problem and we were promptly given a key to our room. Travellling with two children, there were two very comfortable double beds in the room. There were tea coffee making facilities available in the room also. We watched a small bit of tv and all of us slept sound for the night. In the morning we had showers in the very clean bathroom. Check out wasn't until 12 o c noon so we weren't rushed out of our room. We didn't bother with breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - the rooms were spotless, there is quite a big bar reception area downstairs and its location is fantastic literally accross the road to the trafford centre. And best of all only £29 for the room for the four of us for the night - well done Premier Inn - you know what people want and you deliver it!

Room Tip: We were on the third floor and had no problems with this location

We stayed on Christmas Eve but looking at the other reviews now we paid something like £49
for one night which seems a bit expensive compared with the others!! I did find the hotel fine
clean and everything under one roof is good. All the staff were excellent. We had the deal for
evening meal and breakfast for just under £23.00 each which we found good value for the money.
