Sul prado is an atypical B&B, in the sense that it really is made of three apartments on the second floor of a building, on whoise first floor is an office. Hence, when you go home in the evening you really feel like it's "going home".
We were there as a group, so we rented the whole floor and it was really good. Each room is called with the name of a flower and has wrought iron style furniture (very country side). Rooms are spacius, in fact they can fit an extra bed if needs be. Just beware that when they tell you the room is a triple, effectively it means there is a double bed and then they add this foldable bed, so the comfort may be slightly different.
We arrived late at night but it was no problem as there is a code controlloed entry system, which also works to enter the rooms, so that you don't even need keys and every one is independent in coming and going. I found this solution very smart.
The breakfast, as others have mentioned, is superbly arranged: they leave a coupon in your room and you can spend it in a number of bars/pasticcerie in Pietrasanta, so not only you have no time constraint, you have plenty of choice as well! Moreover, one of the bars (the one in via Mazzini) didn't put any restriction on what we could order and let us have as much sweet or savoury as we wanted.
Needless to say PIetrsanta in a lovely town, it's not just a good starting point for trips to the beach or to the inland of Tuscany!
