This Hotel is a bit of a conundrum. The good bits were - the rooms were clean and well presented. Mandy and her team did a really good job with housekeeping. The location is great and perfect for our Speyside Whisky tour! The food was well cooked and tasty. The poor bits were - very indifferent service from some staff (notable exception the blond lady who cheered us all up in the mornings!). The vegetarian breakfast was not properly available 3 days in a row. Bits of the hotel are a bit tired. All in all it worked well for our trip and was decent enough, but with some effort and management it could be excellent!
