This all inclusive resort is worth the price when considering how much food and beverages you may consume. The food was good, but for great food, walk past the pool near the beach at the Dionysos Restaurant. You will pay 75-100 Euros for a meal there, but you get what you pay for. A chef from Crete was there during our visit and he was outstanding. The resort is a 3 star compared by American standards. I did visit another hotel that was newer, the Apollo Blue, and it made the Aldemar Paradise hotel look like a Comfort Inn or Super 8.
This is a favorite hot spot of Russians. While I was there at the end of the season Oct 1-12, the resort was mostly Russian vacationers.
The rooms are dated. The beds are firm like a counter top. The carpets were stained in each room I was in. The air was shut off on September 23rd, so the first two humid nights following a major thunderstorm was a little uncomfortable.
The view was beautiful and swimming in the Mediterranean Sea was enjoyable even this late in the season. The hotel is a short bus or taxi ride to old Medieval Rhodes and about 20 minutes from the airport. The staff of the hotel was excellent.
