What a shame! The hotel is very pleasant, architecturally a bit severe for me, but the food is excellent, it's right on its own, well kept, beach and the staff friendly. Rooms were clean and reasonable, but no ironing board. However, the whole stay left a sour taste in our mouths because of unsavoury financial practice. The hotel asked us to transfer two nights costs in advance, which we did. They told us on check out that the transfer was €10 short. It was clear that their bank had deducted this as charges, but we had to pay the extra. Despite email exchanges they would not accept the fact that our bank had transfered the full amount and my last email was simply ignored. It's not the €10, it's the principle. They should not try to ignore the customer or fob them off with silly stories. What would have happened if the bank deductions had been €100?
