Thanks for the lovely stay in Paradise villas and resort it was excellent stay

Good points in your resort
1. Cottage rooms were well and big can occupancy 4 people max

2. Outside the cottage room sitting area was just to good loved it

3. Location was near to beach

4. Good food (special the panner ) was just to good

5. Paradises villas and resort has good big property

6. It’s good for short weekend holiday

7. Must appreciated Mr Prashant the Staff (waiter) was very very helpful he never said no for any work

Bad points in your resort
1. Must check the rooms before giving to the guest since there was no hand liquid in the bathroom and must keep rest of the thing in bathroom

2. It was A/C room but the pro was it was not working well must look into it and even the light pro was there

3. If there is group then Paradise staff are more into that only then don’t ask other and if we ask anything they don’t help us and the lie us

4. Must add more Indoor and outdoor games

5. Must keep hukka bar and Spa also

6. At least add breakfast in your package 1 more point I check in your brochure there was meal added but they have canceled now don’t know y?

7. Swimming pool timing was till 7.30 aft that it was not allowed but at 9 I saw people swimming in the pool Mr Amit told it’s not allowed this was very bad

OVER ALL GOOD STAY WITH GOOD MEMORIES WILL BE VISTING AGAIN JJ HOPE THE SERVICE WILL BE UPGRADED MORE

Room Tip: Take a cottage room

The Resort is good for family with children. The swimming pool is small compared to other hotels/ resorts. But there is separate pool for kids and also playing area. The food is also good but they charge double for Breakfast. Anyways outside there is only one Veg restaurant and its also not good. They display Garden but its very small. There is no difference in Delux rooms and Cottage. I guess they gave us Delux rooms by saying its a cottage !! and to told we are giving discount on cottage. There is NO indoor games / spa which all resort must have.

Finally if you are staying for 2 nights, Make sure you tell them and give keys for room service and cleaning. Otherwise they won't clean it...! Credit card machine also not working..we end up paying cash..

Room Tip: Check Delux / Cottage both. There is no difference. Or they cheat by giving delux room by saying its...

Nice hotel situated away from the main alibaug town, perfect quiet location just by a stream (gives u a mini kerala backwater feel). the property is extrmely neet, clean and quiet...food is nice, and rooms/bathrooms are neat and clean. staff is pretty nice (they gave us a free upgrade)! beach is about 2-3 kms.... really good for a budget hotel!

I organized a seminar for people from many diverse backgrounds & countries and we spent around 10 days here. We had a great time time. The accomodation is great, comfortable, and clean. The staff very accomodating and since the food was included in the price, they took great pains to please us with food to the western taste, local but easy on spice and oil, hence making it very good for a western palate. The staff are very eager to please, Value for money and a great location and connectivity to the free bus that takes you to the jetty is across the road, and the local chondi market 2 minutes away. A pool and setting along a river is a plus. Highly recommended

Room Tip: Ask for the cottage rooms that have a little sit out of their own. Avoid the ones near the pool, kid...

We had taken this place for a 9 day gathering, 40 people from different parts of the world. The place is far from the Jetty, but once we reached, it was tranquil and very very peaceful. One can imagine having a very fussy international group of people, demands and frustrations where thrown up. The staff run by the very efficient "Keshav Kaka" ..., did a fantastic job in immediately attending to all needs. The food served was well ..., a version to serve the European and American Palate, which means the few Indians like us were a bit annoyed by the blandness of the food. Here too they did not disappointing, and made extra food to suit our palate, immediately. Knowing the sensitivity of us 3 vegetarian people, we were served separately. The staff really went out of its way. This i felt was the strongest point of the whole 9 day event. Considering the lush foliage, and the ancient banyan trees, and immediate proximity to a small river, the place was kept clean and spotless. The rooms - well - a smidgen small for what we expected, and they could have included a tea and coffee maker. Barring minor delays for the first two days, housekeeping ran smoothly, and when our A/C malfunctioned, they immediately looked into the matter. How we wish the Bathroom had better ventilation, sharing the room with a smoker, made the pong in the bathroom unbearable. We definitely want to come back year after year to this place, simply because of the staff and people, and the verdant space. However on the last but one day, one of the senior management behaved very rudely to a few of us, since he did not agree to our personal beliefs. He could have handled it better, but would not allow us to get a word in edgewise, even if we requested him to stop talking. This left a bitter aftertaste, however since it was a personality conflict, it had nothing to do with the great service we were given for so many days. Most of our friends abroad were in India for the first time, and they really got a sweet taste of hospitality. Good Job, keep it up, make it even better.

Room Tip: Try to Get rooms near the main open plaza, also semi independent cottages are better than first floo...

Had a pleasant 1 night stay in this resort in a new Cottage Room. Food is only included in the price for corporate rate so had to order a la carte however it was very reasonably priced. Alcohol available.

Small clean pool. Take mosquito repellent as it's next to the river and rife with these critters at night. 10 min ride by bike to the beach.

Room was nicely furnished, clean, hot water, very spacious.

highly recommend.

Room Tip: Cottage room is worth the upgrade

i stayed at paradise resort with my friend on 9 aug 2012 , for a day , at that time there were no one except us , so we had a good time , pool was small but since no guest it was ok for us , food was good if you opt for seafood its better , rooms clean & surrounding cool , it was raining so looked better , ideal to go with your family , although alibaug & its beaches itself has nothing good to be seen , all were dirty just like juhu chaupaty , but if you are looking for a quit stay with your family then be in the resort & have a good day ...

Room Tip: opt for a individual cottage room ...
