“Miles from nowhere and generally terrible”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

Currently staying at this resort and enjoying the super loud shouting music from our room. Even our kids who can normally sleep through anything had trouble going to sleep. This resort is loud, full of rude Russian tourists and has a delightful green pool to swim in. There are several interesting rules to abide by including signing a waiver if you choose to eat street food instead of the overpriced western food served at the resort. Speaking of which, you will need to get a taxi to get anywhere halfway decent for food and this will set you back around $10usd but is worth it. The only redeeming feature of this resort is the beach and the receptionist who helped sort out problems with booking.com. Apart from that I would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone. Wish we had bypassed mui ne altogether.

Stunning rooms with huge bathrooms set in sumptuous gardens but sadly no sea views. The hotel however is so far from Mui Ne that you either decide to stay there and that's it or hire a moped/get an expensive taxi to/from the town, about 10-15 minutes drive away. The swimming pool area is beautiful but sadly the pool bar blares euro pop morning noon and night so it is not tranquil at all. There is no use made of the beach with only a few sunloungers that are up high not on the beach. It caters very much for the predominantly Russian tourist market who stay here. Due to it's proximity to town and the noise we moved on day one of our 3 day stay.

Room Tip: A room as far away from the pool would be best to avoid the constant music

Had a scary and bad experience in this hotel people are arrogant! Even the Manager named TRAM threaten us to pay unreasonable extra service charge or they don't return our passport. Ladies and Gentlemen please think TWICE if you really want to book this hotel!!!!!!!!

Made to feel welcome, not too much english spoken.Went too our bungalow really nice, cant read a book or magazine too dark not enough lighting.Went to the pool bar for a snack as we had missed lunch, ordered a chicken burger,45 minutes later a bun approx 3 ins appeared,it tasted ok but small, wait for tea.Went to the outside bbq at 6pm which has fresh seafood, chicken and beef.I wanted seafood my partner wanted chicken, sorry beef and chicken are off the menu,so asked where the main restraurant is,located it, all dark. What time does it open, 7pm?Bit cheesed off at this time cab to town about $10.00,had a nice meal courtesy bus back to the resort, breakfast has got to be better. b/s crowded as kids running everywhere, all 5 serving containers empty only salad left,no thanks,we then decided to leave the resort.Found a reminder that if you bring alcohol from outside the resort you will be fined up to $10 which will be added to your bill on departure.Being in the pool industry for a number of years I know what can breed in green pool water so it was no swimming for us.I noticed a wall plaque from trip advisor rating this place 4/5 star by Mr Mark Charron(business manager)could be fake but if Mr Charron would like to visit this resort and swim in green water then not get feed and keep its 4/5 rating their in something wrong, the plaque was in the main reception area.Stall were friendly resort was nice bit of a management problem it seems to me

Room Tip: go to another resort

Big, new, impersonal complex. The hallways to the rooms are like maze. People are not very friendly. After ordering a taxi there apparently was a shuttle service they forgot to mention. They don't really make you feel welcome, was disappointed on that part since it looks very luxurious. Lots of Russians. The pool and private beach however were absolutely amazing. We had dinner outside where fresh fish is grilled on the spot; very tasty!
Far away from Ham Tien/ Mui Ne "centre".

We stayed there during Vietnam's holiday, Fall of Saigon (4/29). Therefore 99% of the guests were Vietnamese. A welcome drink and a cooled damp towel are served when you arrived as a common practice to resort hotels. The guests are required to deliver their passport at the reception and the reception does not return the passport until checking out as a common among middle class hotels in Vietnam. The reception gave us voucher for a free dinner but it was charged on our room when we checked out and I claimed it for free (the hotel accepted). There is no tissue paper in the guest room and no desk light. It was hard to do something in the dark room without a desk light. When we used shower, the water leaked from the booth and flooded into the bath room. We thought the drain was clogged but we found that the water sealing rubber on the bottom of shower booth door is not enough to stop leaking water. The breakfast buffet was the war among chaotic people. Nobody follows the waiting line but scrambles to take seats, foods, and even dishes on our table, except foreigners. Unfortunately there is no other breakfast place in a walking distance. Then we tried room services although it was a little pricey than the restaurant. It was hard to place an order in English and finally a staff came to our room to confirm out order. We appreciate this staff's attitude to confirm rather than figuring our order as many Vietnamese do. There were few people in the private beach and the water was very brown color. Overall if you are familiar with such unsophisticated guests and know some Vietnamese language, this would be acceptable. Other than that, I don't recommend this hotel to foreigner.
