“Great Curves”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013

Be a bit slow while going down and wait if you see a bus/truck while climbing. At places only one can cross.

“In nature's lap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

A beautiful drive covering Mahameru temple, Cauvery Peak and Manjakottai view point in one single loop. The road is mostly lonely, and winds through coffee estates, Bamboo trees, Silver oaks, pepper, etc. Has many excellent options for a picnic.

To experience the road best, park around halfway through the loop, get down the vehicle, take a small walk and soak in the sounds of nature. A bit too long though, should be covered in hour and a half max. Extremely good roads.

“Good drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

Good quite broad road ( in hill standard ), hair pin bends can be negotiated quite easily. Its a delight coming down, with almost nil oncoming traffic, I could get down from the hill in about 27 mins only !!

“Average Drive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

This is a road that takes you around Yercaud. You will come across huge trees like Deodars in the north on both sides of the road. Drive and view is ok for someone who has lived in Himachal Pradesh. If you have your own vehicle and some time, then its worth the drive.
