We did the Ab Fab tour. I've submitted a review if you want to look for it in my profile. I thought they were great and the tour handled very professionally. It was a good mix of kayaking and hiking. I am glad we didn't go for the full day kayaking because by shoulders were getting a bit tired and I was ready to hike. The kayak portion went around Tonga Island and down the coast a bit. We saw a few, but not many seals, on the island. You walk the midsection of AT, which I think is the best. There was gorgeous scenery around every turn, and I loved that we crossed a swing bridge. The skipper of the water taxi went out of his way to take care of us, as we returned a bit early and needed transportation to Old Macs.
When we booked, the tour included lunch (which was huge and we took the leftovers for lunch the next day), but I think that's an additional cost now. We went in December 2012.
