I do have one more question (sorry to bother you all!) I'm used to holidaying in commercial destinations in Spain such as Ibiza and Turkey and everyone wears pretty much anything and no one bats an eyelid... Therefore I am accustomed to wearing little shorts etc. Is it deemed disrespectful in Sidari to have any areas of the body uncovered or is it an area densely populated with traditional values? I've never been to Greece and I really don't want to offend anyone by bearing anything that they find disrespectful or pack a case of big cover uppy clothes and everyone is walking around in hotpants etc.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated before I start to buy my holiday clothes! Again, I'm sorry for bothering people about clothes of all things!

Hi Natalie, wear what you like, Sidari is very commercialised and everyone wears anything, from bikinis to speedo's - yes speedo's lol, there is nothing that will disrespect anyone there, enjoy and have a great time, bring on August!

If you go on a trip that includes churches or a Monastery then it is advisable to wear respectful clothing e.g. trousers. Apart from that I agree with Teena. Although if you are planning to visit local villages, common sense prevails.

anything goes natalie so dont worry wear what the heck you like - no one will bat an eyelid I can assure you.

Like sidarigirl states above only if you intend to visit churches or monasteries then you should be appropriately dressed, ie covered up in the correct places!!!

People in resort tend to wear what they like when they like and believe me anything goes - I am still traumatised by a gentleman of a more mature age donning his lime green thong - bit like mel harvey from benidorm springs to mind!!!!!! so dont worry x

Agree with Sidarigirl about visitng churches or a monastery and local villages etc. being appropriately dressed....I think that as the above have all said, it is down to personal taste to wear what you want.

I, personally, always pack a couple of dresses for use in the evenings or other such occasions.

Me and my bf have booked Stema II with Thomson too, so hope its good!! I think we are there the same time as you too!! I'm 27 and he is 25 so similar age group. I know what you mean about the pics and comments, but the majority rate it pretty high, so fingers crossed!! :)
