Great idea...sorry I m not familiar with the house you are talking about ...but Im familiar with Ocotal...really is not a village or a town to walk around the closer village to walk aroubd Cocos beach...about 15 minutes by car...

Nice to walk around Ocotal, but do catch a rice from Ocotal to Coco to walk there.
The area is safe but still ask the concierge where to walk and what times are convenient.
Don't know the Villas, but the area is nice.
