Hi , as said above times and routes rarely change much from year to year so 2012 timetables will help you plan. You could also go via Es Mercadal -authentic town - good restaurants. From Es Mercadal you can then go to Ciutadella or South Coast

There's also a bus from Arenal direct to alaior, where you can change to the cross island Mao - Cuitadella bus, as MenReg says check timetables for connections
