Got UV or ultimatum visa, but do not wish to leave Macau..

I was given a 30 days of stay in macau which before it expired I exited on 30th day. then i re-entered and was given a 20 day limit of stay.

I did again exited on the 20th day that i was alowed to stay.

on my coming back here on the same date, i was given a form and was told that il be given another 10 days but cannot go back again after 50 days. they stamp my passport with a UV.

I really do not wish to leave Macau at this moment as I am providing consultancy to one company here and it's not completed yet. I want to stay for 30 more days at least.

Please advise how and what I can do for this? Thanks in advance..

Wouldn't it be best to contact the immigration department and ask them directly?

Are you working in Macau using a tourist visa?

I am providing consultancy and advisory functions to one company here, this is to help them providing best fitted Telecom PABX solutions for their high profile clients. I am certified specialist of PABX this is the reason they invited me here.

I have already applied in Human Resources office for employment but it's status is "under process"

I also went to immigration office for extension with this reason but they said they cannot give days extension for this reason.

Please advise what I can do next?? As it's really important for me here to stay and I am helpless I have only 7 days left with me..

There is nothing you can do as an individual.

The company you are consulting for will have to plead your case with the authorities, but as you have been working illegally it will require some high level discussions, calling in favours owing and probably some unofficial payments.

15 years ago, the Macau bureaucracy would turn a blind eye to people working while their visa applications were in process, but those days are long gone.

Your situation rather begs the question - has your employer been very naïf in not understanding how things have changed since 1999, or is the company rather hoping you have to leave so they won't have to pay you?

I guess you have a big problem here. You are working with a "Tourist Visa" which you know is illegal in any country/state in the world including Macau. You should have an appropriate visa even before arriving Macau. If the immigration authorities would find out this then they may even exclude you from entering Macau in the future.
