Most of the places along Gourmet Alley (Calle Tiede) are only open in the evenings, so if any of the following are on your to do list you may have to make alternative plans. Maybe force feed the wee one some whiskey at lunchtime so it has a long siesta (can you tell I don´t have kids? lol)
Kristians, Bodecos, TJs Carribean Tapas, Valentinas, Emma´s Mexican Cantina, Casa Cabana and Blooming Cactus.
Mardeleva is open for lunch and is a lovely setting with good tapas and seafood and I believe La Chalana is also open lunchtimes.
Elsewhere in the resort, as others have said, the majority of places are open from lunchtime, although some have a different menu during the day. The Chinese buffets don´t tend to start til about 6ish, but the restaurants that offer this are normally open for meals from the menu.
Hope this helps.
