Nope. No floating rafts and the like. There are some tubes for floating on the lazy river, but that's it. You can bring your own if you like and if they are not monstrosities! Reasonable rafts and the like are fine.

Can anyone let me know if any of the restaurants at Coconut Bay have outdoor or partially outdoor or Terraced dining

Calabash, the "caribbean" restaurant, is in the outdoor but covered quick bites area between the pools - where the grill is for burgers and sandwhiches, etc. during the day. It is dinner only. They also have at least one outdoor BBQ/buffet dinner event during each week, along with individula romantic dinners along the beach edge or in the cabana. Often, with great weather, they will have a BBQ lunch too.
