Claire from your specialist needs it might be safe to take the special items that you need with you. Most of the Restaurants over there have not as yet become accustomed to the needs of Vegeterians yet alone very specialist diet needs like you must have. Seek out Ellie who seems to know all about the foibles of PB's Restaurants or ask your Travel agent to takl to your holiday company or hotel.

Thank-you for your advice. I always have to take my own gluten-free supplies with me when I travel such as bread and crackers but like to eat out in a restaurant at night. Will probably just play it safe and stick to plain food without any sauce or dressing added. Thanks.

Hi there. Any of the restaurants should be able to help.

I'd say "go veggie" - but I believe that the Coeliac Society doesn't necessarily agree that is the right course. You would know far better than I. Am guessing that you are okay with fresh fish, and meats?

One thing to remember is, ask for something "sin salsa" - then you won't have to worry about what is in any sauces too.

Stick to what looks an "open" dish on the menu, and enjoy.
