Staying at HiltonPapagayo - Where to venture out for dinner?

Staying at the all-inclusive Hilton Papagayo... The food will probably get old, so does anybody have a recommendation on a restaurant nearby the hotel (within 40 minute drive) that has good food, fun atmosphere for a group of guys, and that is not romantic or fancy?

Thanks for the help.

La Dolce Vita in Playas del Coco for Italian.

Bramadero for Steak, in Liberia.

La Choza del Laurel, typical food, close to the airport.

Gingers at Playa Hermosa

La Finisterra for a nice sunset dinner, Playa Hermosa.

Don't waste your time driving 35 minutes to Liberia when you have some great restaurants in Playa Hermosa, 10 minutes from your resort.

El Velero - BBQ nights Wed and Sat nights

Gingers Restaurant

Villa Del Sueno

Upper Deck Sports Bar

Finnesterra Hotel and Restaurant

Bosque Del Mar Restaurant

Playas Del Coco another 7 minutes with 20 more restaurants/
