Rollaway bed at Shangri-la rasa wing

Hi

Any idea what the cost of an extra rollaway bed at SL rasa wing is.

I have a daughter who is turning 12 during the trip and a suite is too expensive.

Unfortunately what the hotel quotes is the price you would have to pay for a rollaway. Occasionally you will see booking sites that state children under 12 stay free or children under 15 stay free but 99.99% of the time that is in "existing bedding" which means your child would be sharing the bed with you. Also, if it's "under 12" then unfortunately your daughter wouldn't qualify.

If the Rasa Sayang price is too high, why not consider one of the other hotels along the Batu Ferringhi strip (taking in to consideration that the Rasa Sayang is the most expensive hotel along Batu Ferringhi Beach). The sister hotel to the Rasa Sayang, the Golden Sands, might be a more affordable option, still giving you access to some of the shared facilities. If you're willing to step outside the "brand", then in the same area you can choose from the Holiday Inn which does do family rooms, the Lone Pine Hotel, or the Park Royal Hotel. These three are all along the main Batu Ferringhi hotel strip (there are others a bit further out too including the Hard Rock Hotel and the Bayview Beach Resort).

Sorry we can't give you the answer you're hoping for...
