Day Spa in Cincinnati?

I'm traveling with my husband to Cincinnati for him to attend a trade show. I've got a couple days on my own, and thought a spa day would be nice! Any recommendations? We are staying at the Westin downtown. thanks.

JLongo,

Paragon Spa is downtown in the Carew Tower which you can reach via the skywalk from the Westin. This is the only one I can think of downtown. Most of the spas are located out in the burbs.
