Hi, we're taking the train from NYC to Buffalo. If we go to Buffalo-Depew, are there cabs there to take to the airport? (We'll be picking up a rental car at the airport.) If not, can anyone recommend a reliable cab service to call? Thanks!

Usually there are cabs waiting at the station to take passengers elsewhere. If not, and you need to call one, Liberty Cab, Airport Taxi, and Buffalo Taxicab are all good choices.

Thank you! Can you give me an idea how much this ride would cost? Would it be much more for a cab from Buffalo-Depew to Amherst?

Sorry, I have no idea what the rates would be, but it's not a long ride to the airport. Amherst is farther, but only by a few miles. You might want to call for estimates:

Amherst is a large town, so I assume the very short ride to the airport would be less expensive than a trip to Amherst. According to mapquest, the airport is 4 miles away from the Depew Amtrak Station.
