Any balcony hotels in walking distance of the con center?

Looking for a hotel within walking distance of the Rhode Island Convention Centre that has a balcony for my smoker-husband. Any in the area? Thanks!

I can't recall any that had a balconies as I used to walk by them alot. There are only a handful in the downtown area.

You might want to try the Marriott on Orms.. ask for a lower room that has an outdoor patio.. It's a bit of a walk... walking distance for someone who is in good shape.. otherwise, I believe there are shuttles that will take you to the downtown area.

I agree with the previous poster, The Marriott on Orms St do have patio rooms. I would say the walk would be around 15 minutes with a quick pace. The hotel does have a shuttle if weather is an issue.

Most if not all of the hotels in RI are "smoke-free" premises. They won't allow smoking on the balcony or near any of the entrances. Check the hotel policy.
