Hotel close to Interstate

We are traveling through ABQ on our way to PHX - would probably want to stay close to I40 - like to have quiet, breakfast included, workout room - Comfort Suites priceline - suggestions appreciated

Don't know about workout rooms, but MCM Elegante, and ClubHouse Inn are right at I-40 and University Blvd. Both have full breakfasts. If you are coming from Castle Rock, CO, you would need to get off I-25 at Candaleria-Menaul exit. ClbuHouse right on frontage road at Menaul, MCM, left on Meanul about 2 blocks.

We've stayed at ClubHouse Inn before and will be doing so again for the night before our flight home in March.
