Here's a link to visiting Natchez. Visit Stanton Hall and have lunch there. The fried chicken and biscuits are outstanding.

Carriage House Restaurant @ 401 High St., Natchez, MS. 601 - 445 - 5151.

During the time you will be visiting, our Fall Pilgrimage will be running. This is when many of the private homes in Natchez open their doors for touring. There are 2 tours each day with 2-3 homes on each tour. I would suggest coming to the Natchez Visitor Center, located just down the road from the Grand Hotel at 640 S. Canal Street. This is where you buy tour tickets for the homes and they will also be able to provide you with some wonderful dining suggestions. There will also be evening entertainment, including gospel and dinner at The Carriage House Restaurant and the Natchez Little Theatre will be performing "Sordid Lives." Check out our calendar of events for dates and times.
