First time in Natchez

Considering Dunlieth for an upcoming stay. Suitable for an anniversary getaway? First time visitors to Nathez as well. What historic homes are a must? Also looking for great restaurants. Any help would be appreciated!

I think you would enjoy Monmouth. They have some newer rooms out back and it's a great place to dine. Stanton Hall is a good place to visit and have lunch.

Here is a link to all of our fabulous historic inns. All of them would be great choices for an anniversary getaway.

While King's Tavern is no longer open, we still have many delicious dining options. For an upscale dinner, Dunleith (The Castle Restaurant), The Briars (The Dining Pavilion) and Monmouth (1818 Restaurant) each have onsite restaurants that many locals choose for special occasions.

For something slightly more casual, Pearl Street Pasta, Breaud's Steak & Seafood, Cotton Alley Cafe, Julep's inside the Eola Hotel. Magnolia Grill and The VUE Restaurant inside the VUE Hotel are all excellent choices.

To see a full list of our restaurants, view this link: www.visitnatchez.org/visitor/restaurants/

The link will also provide scrumptious lunch options as well!

Enjoy your trip to Natchez!
