Woodland Park Zoo is open. It looks like they are open until 4pm. They are doing an Apple Cup Discount promotion. From the website:

Go Dawgs! Go Cougs! Celebrate the Apple Cup with a visit to Woodland Park Zoo and an admission discount. From Nov. 19-25, wear any garb from University of Washington or Washington State University, such as a jersey, sweatshirt, hat or gloves, and receive half off zoo admission. Or, show a valid student ID from either university.

The admission discount applies only to the child or adult wearing the university sportswear and is not to be combined with other discounts or promotions. The discount does not apply to the after-hours winter lights festival, WildLights presented by KeyBank.

The calendar indicates that the discount is running through the weekend.

The Ballard locks are open today until 8:45 for the fish ladder and 9pm for grounds. It is unclear whether the visitor center is open but the website says seasonal days and hours are open 10a-4p except closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
