We visited this museum in Oct 06....which was fine. We purchased three knife items while we were there. One was broke due to a defect I believe. I mailed it back & they mailed a more expensive barto knife & stand(which we happily paid the difference on. However, that knife which was shipped to us arrived broken. Per the owners request, I mailed in back insured 11-06-06. They rec'd it & have never made it right with either a replacement or refund. I sent them 4 e-mails & have 2 promises to correct this matter.
As of this date we are out $100. I justed wanted everyone to beware.
