Very upscale Bed & Breakfast close to French Quarter, New Or

I am looking for a very upscale bed & breakfast near the French

Quarter or the West French Quarter in New Orleans for a visit in

March. I am very particular about where I stay preferring hardwood

floors, white freshly washed duvet covers, lots of light and a connection to a garden or deck. Plus great breakfasts served in the room or on a patio outdoors weather permitting. Thanks so much

for any suggestions you might have!

One more question for you NOLA fans:

Any suggestions for a very upscale B&B in the Garden District in New Orleans, something on the level of Ashton's which was a wondrful recommendation where I have reserved a room for 5 days. But they are booked for the rest of our stay so we thought we would stay in NOLA and perhaps spend a few more nights at a great B&B in the Garden District which

we have heard so much about. Any ideas or suggestions?

We stayed at Sully Mansion Bed and Breakfast last year and really loved it. Beautiful rooms, owners very nice and accommodating, street car stop right around the corner, beautiful homes all around. We've stayed at several GD B&B's and this was our favorite.

I haven't stayed here so can't speak from personal experience, but The Chimes bed and breakfast looks wonderful.
