Probably Van Galder bus:

Megabus and Greyhound are other bus possibilities. And of course there are many daily flights.

The bus is easiest and cheapest. You can get the Van Galder to O'Hare or to downtown.

Look into flying if you're going onward and really just want to get to O'Hare for a connection. It's grat not to have to deal with O'Hare Security. Smaller is better. ; ).

Went to UW with a bunch of other Chicago-area folks, we all took the Van Galder bus back when we needed to get home.
