Depends on what you are buying. You don't say exactly where in Towson you will be or what kind of transportation. Giant has a couple of stores. But even Wegmans, which is more upscale has regular food prices. You probably should just hit the closest store unless you are watching your pennies that carefully.

Your location would help guide you to a close location but SuperFresh is also in the area. There is also a Weis Market in the area.
