Midnight New Year's Eve 2012

We're staying on St Augustine Beach for New Year's Eve December 2012. All the events I've found end at 9pm. Looking for somewhere to ring in the New Year with adults and a teenager. Willing to drive to Jacksonville. Any suggestions?

I think it's a little early to tell. More plans will come to fruition within the next few weeks. I'm sure there will be stuff going on downtown, on the Riverwalk, and in Riverside/Avondale.
