1863 Inn of Gettysburg (former Holiday Inn) & Americas Best Value Inn are both Pet/dog friendly with great Locations! BTW~ The last weekend in April (25-28) is an event called Greyhounds in Gettysburg, which we have been attending for many, many years. While it may be harder to reserve & book a room that week/weekend, I can assure you you will have a great time. There will be hundreds of Greyhounds there that week/weekend and many stores/shops/cafes are dog friendly that week/weekend for the event. Please feel free to Private message me if you have any other questions of need more info....

There are many shops that advertise as pet friendly, they usually have a poster in their window. Since it will be spring, there are also many outdoor dining options available where you could bring your dogs along.

It's a great time to visit. With the upcoming 150th Anniversary of the Battle, the town improvements are all taking shape.

Here's a calendar of activities (you'll need to chak back closer to your visit) thegettysburgexperience.com/events_calendar.…
