Forbes AFB

I grew up in the 60's @Forbes AFB. Next summer we will be passing through Topeka via I-70 on a road trip out West. I know the base is no longer there but would I be able to see anything of the old base?

In addition to some remaining buildings, there is a nice air museum (Combat Air Museum) on the field and the free Museum of the Kansas National Guard, near the main entrance to Forbes Field.
