There is no public transit directly to the Comcast Center.

Your best bet would be to take the Attleboro Commuter rail from South Station to Mansfield, and then get a taxi to and from the Comcast Center. I'm not sure how much that would cost, you'd need to call the taxi company and ask.

Last year, I saw the "Rockbus" mentioned several times in this forum, but nobody ever came back to report on it . It's a gamble becuase if they don't get enough people signed up, they cancel.

As of right now there are no concerts listed, so it's tough to say if they'll be starting up again this year or not.

If you take the train to an evening concert, be aware the trains don't run all that late. The last train leaves Attleboro between 10:08 and 10:28, varying with weekday, Saturday and Sunday. www.mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/rail/lines/…

This is not easily accomplished without a car. Are you locked in to staying in Boston? If not, you could probably rent a car and stay at a decent place closer to the venue for about the same money a night at a hotel in Boston would cost.

It would be expensive, but you could look into hiring a limo or town car. If there are a bunch of you and you split the cost, it might be somewhat affordable. Boston Coach is one reputable company.

you should really consider renting a car.

the limo this is nice but will cost you close to $400.00 wit tip...the limo lot does not even allow quick access to exit. to make sure you don't spend 2 plus hours sitting in the parking lot, leave early or use the premium lot.
