I am flying to Western Samoa, but I have an overnight in Pago Pago.

Can anyone tell me hotels near the airport that might have a shuttle to and from Airport.

The Tradewinds is your best bet. They have a 15 passenger that runs with a small trailer to carry your luggage.

Also, I believe the Pago Airport Inn has a shuttle... but don't be fooled, it's not within walking distance and it's down a rough road.

There's plenty of taxis that can take you to any other hotel. Don't forget the Bed & Breakfast places that are available. Most hotels/B&Bs are within a couple of miles (except for Sadies/Sadies by the Sea.)
