Have you checked with the hotel/resort you are staying at to see if they have contacts for what you are looking for? If they don't, then you might want to contact the Chamber of Commerce to see if they are aware of such a business. I have not heard of anyone doing that in the Dells, but then I haven't asked.

For restaurants, we like to go to Ishnala on Mirror Lake. You can't beat the setting in the woods by the lake and the history of the location is very interesting. The last few years we think the food has been very, very good. Haven't been to Fields at the Wilderness so can't comment. House of Embers has various alcoves where you are more secluded from the rest of the diners and has pretty good food. For casual, you might want to try the Green Owl. They have neat outdoor seating and outdoor bar near the bridge going over the dam, so you are close to the water but really high up - very casual dining. Another nice outside place to eat is Ravina Bay. Huge deck with tables under a huge umbrella (or smaller umbrellas) on the water across from the Tommy Bartlett Water Show (you can see the backside of the performances).

Noah's Ark is good, and you might like the Original Ducks (green and white). The upper Dells boat trip isn't exciting but there are two stops where you get off and see a canyon and the dog leap Stand Rock and is very informative about the River and the Dells. Devil's Lake State Park would be the place for a picnic and hiking.

The Dells now has several spas -- of varying spendiness -- that do couples packages for the day. Not familiar with them, but know they exist.

Wisconsin Landscaping & Garden Center would be able to help you out with a floral arrangement or fresh rose petals for the bed. Due to security, hotels will not let anyone who is not the registered guest enter the room, so I would suggest talking to the manager/concierge at the hotel to see if they would be able to spread the rose petals for you.

Both Mirror Lake and Devil's Lake are beautiful for hiking and a picnic. River Moon Cafe or Cheesecake Heaven Deli Restaurant would have great options for picnic food. Both specialize in homemade and fresh ingredients - Cheesecake Heaven even makes their mayonnaise.

For dinner- you can't go wrong with any of our fine-dining or supper clubs. Consider Field's at the Wilderness, House of Embers, Del-Bar, Ishnala (located on Mirror Lake), Copper Oak Steak House or Kaminski Chop House at Chula Vista Resort.
