When is Spring Break? There are still things to do off season I wouldn't rule it out I would take advantage of any that are open while you're there.

Peruse downtown and see what's open for shops fudge, Ripley's, etc. You don't know until you check either in person or via websites and the like.

You can enjoy the parks, Devils Lake State Park and others. The opportunities in the area are endless. It's a beautiful area and full of fun in any season so don't be dissuaded. Enjoy!

If you can ditch the kids for awhile you could go to the Ho chunk Casino.

The weather is really going to impact what you can do in the dells.

And as an aside, I'm not sure I'd take 15-year-old boys to the House on the Rock unless they are really into strange collections. There is a lot of cool, weird stuff there -- including some great mechanical music machines and a carousel -- but I'm not sure it's enjoyable at 15. I was mystified by the place as I kid, and appreciate it as adult. But not so much for teens.

I guess since it's so kooky I did enjoy House on the Rock as a teen and now as an adult. I think the zany holds appeal to any age. It's quirky and fun and unique/different. Definitely check out the info. online to see if it's teen worthy for your particular group. I certainly don't think everyone will like HOTR but because it's a not a regular historic house tour and it is so off the wall it can be intriguing and hold interest. You also don't have to do all the tours, There's three different ones. If you do all three it's a 3-4 hr. minimum generally. You can pick the tour(s) you think would be most suited to your group.

I ran this by my 15 year old daughter, and she thought the indoor amusement park at the Kalahari was a little too tame for 15 year old boys.

The indoor theme park at Kalahari doesn't have a lot for teens. Go carts. Climbing wall. Ropes course. Mini golf. Bowling. There are no "rides" for teens. Tons of arcade games.

I think they'd love MagiQuest and Wizard Quest... as 15 year old boys I'm sure they love video games and those places are almost like you're in the video game plus they're inside so you don't have to worry about the weather. I'd also suggest Ripley's Believe It Or Not museum which is right next door and has some cool, weird stuff 15 year old boys are sure to like.
