Need short-term rental near Miller Park. Suggestions?

My nephew will be working at Miller Park this summer and needs short term rental. We don't know anything about the area. Can someone give us advice as best area to live?

Will he have a car? If not he'll have to do some walking. Is he on a tight budget?

Yes, will have car. Don't want cheapest rental, however, just want suggestions on good area.

The area called the Eastside, which is north of downtown is popular with young people. The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee is in that area. Rent can be high, but maybe he could find a summer sublet from a student. Bayview, the area south of downtown near Lake Michigan is also popular with young people and probably a little more affordable than the Eastside.

West Allis is a modest suburb west of Miller Park and may be an alternative for reasonably priced housing in a safe area. Cheaper housing can be found in the area east of Miller Park along National Ave, but that area may not be quite as safe.

If his time in Milwaukee coincides with summer break at Marquette University he may be able to find a summer sublet in that area which is directly west of downtown, between downtown and Miller Park.

Have him also check out Bay View. East side can be tough for parking. He can find sublet info by checking out Craigslist or just stopping at coffee shops in the area where flyers are often posted.
