Brewers Tickets

A few of my friends and I are doing a road trip to Chicago and want to hit ball games throughout our trip. Where is the best place to get a good deal on Brewers tickets? We were hoping to get better seats for $40 or less but I was just on stubhub and it seems that in order to sit anywhere on the lower level we're looking at much higher ticket prices. Any tips?

Thanks! Oh and the game we're looking at is Sunday Aug 28th vs the Cubs in Milwaukee

Oh Michelle, so YOU were the people we were feeling sorry for! We were on the first base side, 17 rows up behind the dugout and looked at those seats in the hot sun all day. We thought the weather was beautiful, but when we left we heard others talk about that sun. We just bought our tickets for the September 11th game from Stubhub, again, it's standing room only, but at this point the Brewers still had those available. We again paid $20.00 over face value but the Packers don't play that day so it 's a good day to catch one last game.

Buy a Uecker seat or scalp a cheap ticket in front of the stadium as described, it's easy. Once inside you can walk around the whole stadium. Tailgate party in the parking lot before the game. Spend the first 3 innings at the sports bar (3 inning max) at an outside table. Then go down to the box seats right behind home plate and sit in the fancy seats from the season ticket holders who take clients there during the week but don't show up on Sunday. Try to sit on the 1st base side because after Sunday games the kids can run the bases and the line forms on that side of the field. Be sure to eat sausages dipped in barbeque sauce and the grilled pecans for dessert.
