We (8 of us) will be in Lake Delavan/Lake Geneva next weekend and since we no longer live in Wisconsin, we are looking for a Friday night fish fry that also serves other things (We have a fish hater among us)! Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
I'm sure this is too late for your trip, but the best Friday night fish fry in Delavan or Walworth County for that matter, is at The Village Supper Club on South Shore Drive! The Best! It is the only restaurant right on Lake Delavan and has a nice deck for outdoor dining in the summer. We live 2 minutes from there and we love the fish fry! It just melts in your mouth! They also have a full menu.
If you're looking for a fish boil, go to Fitzgerald's in Genoa City, just north of the IL border (about 25 min. from Delavan). It's more of a buffett style, but well worth the trip! They pour melted butter over the fish and potatoes - not so healthy, but yummmm! I think it's still around $11.00. You can also add chicken for a little more, or just get a plate of chicken.
