The Cabins at Pine Haven

I'm thinking of staying in the cabins when we ski at Winterplace. Does anyone have a review of these?

If you are still interested....

I drove by these cabins this afternoon. Very nice, new cabins in great area. Only about 15 min. or so from Winter Place. There is McDonalds, Subway, KFC, Wendys, Krogers, CVS and many others resturants and stores just down the road. (You can walk there if you want.

Does anyone know the distance of these cabins to rafting? Hiking? Good location?

catl...its a great location! Grandview National Park or Beaver State Park are only about 10 minutes away for hiking, paddle boats, golf, picnics. Rafting is about 30 minutes away.

There are resturants within walking distance of the cabins...also a nice antique mall if you are into that.

April 6,2009 Stayed at The cabins in Pine Haven, Beaver WV for 5 days. Cabins are new and very nice! They are conviently located, but set off the main road making them seem secluded. My family loved staying in "The Best of West Virginia" which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin with hot tub. The price was great and would have paid more at any of the local hotels. Will stay again this summer!

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. There are secluded..in the woods....but right off the main road, and minutes from the Interstate. Great location.
