If you are a regular driver between Seattle and Portland, you no doubt having been watching the construction of the new hotel and water park being built at Grand Mound (just north of Centralia).

Our kids who live near there tell me it is scheduled to open in mid-March and they are offering some discounted room rates for their Grand Opening. You have to be a guest of the hotel to use the water park. website is --www.greatwolf.com/locations/grandmound
