I am going to be attending an event in Gainesboro and I haven't ben able to identify any lodging available there but I am hoping to find out what hotels in Winchester would be on the northwest side of town closest to Gainsboro. Thanks.
Susie, go to the "yahoo yellow pages" website. In the "location" search box, type "Gainesboro, VA 22603". Then for the type of business, near the bottom of the box you will see "Travel and Transportation -- Hotels" . Click on "HOTELS". It will then display a list of hotel chains - at the TOP of that box click on the word "DISTANCE" then click again a second time on "DISTANCE" and it will display a list of lodgings arranged by closest proximity to Gainesboro, with the closest one indicating 3.5 miles away.
